What we did

Celerity Engineering was retained to provide building code review and reports from schematic design through construction documentation phases for two new schools in Sooke, BC. We provided Alternative Solutions to allow the integration of particular design features.

The side-by-side elementary and middle schools were designed by hcma.

This project was complete in December, 2022, adding more than 100,000 sqft of beautiful learning space for local students.
